FAQs

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY COURT AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 5–6 weeks. This includes production, quality checks, and delivery to your address. Once your court is in production, we’ll keep you updated with photos and progress updates so you know exactly where your order is at.

2. DO I NEED TO INSTALL THE COURT MYSELF, OR DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

We currently supply DIY courts only and do not offer installation services. The good news is our courts are designed for easy installation — the interlocking tiles simply click together without the need for adhesives. Most customers complete installation within a few hours with basic tools.

3. WHAT TYPE OF BASE DO I NEED TO INSTALL THE COURT ON?

For the best performance and durability, we recommend a 100 mm thick concrete slab with a smooth, level finish. However, tiles can also be installed over existing concrete, asphalt, or other hard, flat surfaces. We do not recommend installing directly on grass or dirt.

4. CAN I INSTALL THE TILES INSIDE A SHED OR GARAGE?

Yes! Our tiles work well indoors too. If you plan on parking vehicles on the surface, we recommend using non-cushioned tiles, as they don’t have the rubber backing that cushioned tiles do and are better suited to handle heavy loads.

5. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM LOGOS OR COLOURS?

Yes — custom logos are included for free with every court! You can choose from popular options like the Jump-Man logo, or supply your own design. We also offer a wide colour palette, so you can personalise both your key and outer court colours to match your style.

6. ARE THE COURTS WEATHERPROOF?

Absolutely. Our tiles are made from high-quality polypropylene designed to withstand Australia’s harsh weather — including UV rays, rain, and temperature fluctuations. They’re slip-resistant when wet and won’t fade or warp over time.

7. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSHIONED AND NON-CUSHIONED TILES?

  • Cushioned Tiles have a built-in rubber underlay that provides extra shock absorption, making them ideal for high-intensity play and comfort underfoot.

  • Non-Cushioned Tiles are firmer, more affordable, and better suited for areas that double as driveways or storage spaces.

Both options are durable and deliver a professional-grade finish.

8. DO YOU SHIP AUSTRALIA-WIDE?

Yes, we offer free Australia-wide delivery on all courts. Whether you’re in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, or a regional area, we’ll get it to your door.

9. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

We typically require full payment upfront to begin production. Once payment is received, your order is placed into our production schedule and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

10. CAN I PLAY OTHER SPORTS ON THE COURT TOO?

Yes — we can include multiple sports lines on the same court (e.g., basketball, pickleball, netball, badminton) at no extra charge. This is a great option if you want to maximise the use of your space.

11. WHAT HAPPENS IF TILES GET DAMAGED IN THE FUTURE?

Our tiles are modular, so if any individual tile gets damaged, it can be easily replaced without removing the whole court. We keep stock of spare tiles and can supply replacements if needed.

12. DO THE TILES NEED MAINTENANCE?

Maintenance is minimal. Simply sweep or hose down the surface occasionally to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washers at close range.

13. CAN THE COURT BE MOVED OR RELOCATED LATER?

Yes — one of the biggest advantages of our system is that it’s fully relocatable. If you move house or want to install the court elsewhere, you can easily unclip the tiles, pack them up, and reinstall them in the new location.

14. ARE THE COURTS SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE?

Yes. Our courts are built to withstand intense use, making them suitable for schools, clubs, gyms, and community spaces. For large or multi-sport installations, we can provide tailored layouts and colour schemes.
