At EZ Courts & Flooring, all of our court kits are custom-manufactured and delivered directly to your door. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
Production Time
All courts are made to order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production prior to shipping.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via our freight partners.
Estimated delivery timeframe is:
5 to 7 weeks from the date of dispatch
You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Details
We offer door-to-door delivery Australia-wide
Your order will arrive on a pallet and be delivered to the front of your property or driveway
Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for a truck and pallet jack
Someone must be available to accept delivery or provide clear authority to leave
Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to location, freight network capacity, or other external factors.
We do not offer refunds for delivery delays once the order has shipped.
